HELP: I’m still awaiting my new 4.1 tablet and Google have already declared it obsolescent. Likewise the 4.0.4 OS on the Motorola Razr i.

When  is Google going to address our greatest upgrade need: to be able to move up the OS tree with a simple upgrade option, not requiring rooting?
